½cupof half and halfyou can just use all milk if you don't have half and half
8ouncesof semi sweet chocolate choppedor use 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
⅓cupof tahini
teaspoonof vanilla extract
pinchof salt
whipped cream for serving
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the milk and half and half to just a simmer. Remove from heat and whisk in chocolate until totally melted and combined. Then whisk in the tahini, vanilla and salt. Serve in small mugs with whipped cream.
Notes
Tip: After combining everything, if you happen to have an immersion blender blend it all for a quick minute it will get extra light and frothy - not a bad thing.
