Ingredients

  • cups  flour
  • 4 tablespoons  sugar
  • teaspoon  salt
  • 2 tablespoon  baking powder
  • 4 eggs beaten before adding
  • One stick of butter melted
  • 2 ½ cups of buttermilk
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 and line a baking sheet (jelly roll, cookie sheets with four sides) with foil and spray foil with cooking spray.
  • Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in bowl. In a separate, large bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter and milk. Slowly whisk in the dry mixture until just combined. Pour batter into cookie sheet and top with blueberries (this is the part where you can choose to accommodated everyone...half blueberries, all blueberries, all plain, whatever you want just sprinkle on the top). Bake for about 20-25 minutes until cooked through in the center. Cut into squares and watch your own frat house family wolf it down.
