Creamy mango milkshake

A refreshing and super simple creamy mango milkshake is a fun splurge when you want something a little 'extra' to treat yourself. This milkshake recipe comes together with minimal ingredients, and is a great for frozen mangoes or juicy fresh ones.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup yogurt I use Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup mangoes fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream if you like.

Notes

The ice cream will be easier to scoop (and blend) if you leave it sit out for about 5-10 minutes before scooping for the milkshake.
