Last full day of summer instafam and ive got one summer bake left in me that o saved for my instafam. A plum upside down cake that is just magic. I posted a reel (my first actual one about anything important), showing you just how simple this is to get together, this result is just everything! The cake has some cornmeal in it for a little extra texture, but that dreamy light cake you want with sweet plums! Link the the recipe is in my bio. Sometimes I like to pretend I am on vacation when I am sitting in my hillbilly backyard in my too tight bikini, with four dogs, mud everywhere, pool toys literally everywhere and kids (my own and not my own) running around.
I like to sit there and pretend I am at a nice resort laying by a pool with an ice cold beer and this - STEAMED MUSSELS WITH BEER, CHORIZO AND CORN.
The I get squirted in the face with a water gun, my ice cold beer tips over and a dog slurps it up and is suddenly drunk. Fun times and not quite the resort life I pretend I love. Oh well.
